Market Since You Bought

This tool compares the average sale price in the selected purchase month with the September 2026 average for the same named location and housing category. Percentage change = (latest average ÷ purchase-month average − 1) × 100. Dollar change is the difference between those averages. Values are nominal Canadian dollars, without seasonal or inflation adjustments. This is an average-price comparison, not the MLS® Home Price Index.

Data last checked October 14, 2026; updates are not automatic. Months without a reported sale price appear as gaps. Warnings identify months with fewer than 10 sales; that threshold is an editorial indicator, not a statistical confidence measure.

Named municipality and housing-type tables are available from July 2011. Earlier coded districts are excluded because their boundaries have not been reconciled. Abbreviated area names and housing labels have been standardized for display. Matching labels do not establish unchanged boundaries, classification practices, or transaction coverage.

TRREB states that historical figures have been revised following the addition of client boards to its MLS system. This tool uses the monthly figures in individual archived reports, not a harmonized series from the revised dashboard. These differences can affect comparisons across time. Regional and board-wide totals describe the transactions covered by those reports, not necessarily every sale in the geographic area.
